That curiosity took me from semiconductor R&D at STMicroelectronics, where I earned a US patent, to a decade of building products and expanding markets at Aristocrat, one of the world’s leading gaming technology companies.

At Lockton Pacific, I led digital transformation at the executive level — reducing manual claims processing, deploying Microsoft Copilot across the business, and establishing governance frameworks that cut delivery risk through. These were capability‑building programs that reshaped how teams delivered outcomes.

Across every chapter, one pattern kept repeating: technical skills open the door, but soft skills determine how far you go. That belief became a newsletter, then a book — Next‑Level Skills — and a growing community of thousands of professionals committed to mastering the human side of modern work.
